2. Artwork descriptions and product listings
We make every effort to describe our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions, titles, or any other content on this website is entirely free from errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and to update product information at any time without prior notice.
All artwork remains the intellectual property of Cailleach unless explicitly stated otherwise. Purchase of a print or digital download grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to use and display the work. It does not transfer copyright or grant you the right to reproduce, resell, or redistribute the artwork in any form.
3. Colour accuracy and print variance
Colours displayed on screen are not guaranteed to match the final printed product exactly. Screen colours vary significantly between devices depending on display settings, screen calibration, and ambient lighting. Printed colours may also vary slightly between production runs due to the nature of the print process.
We work with our fulfilment partners to maintain consistent print quality, but we cannot guarantee an exact colour match between what you see on your screen and the physical item you receive. If colour accuracy is critical to you, please contact us at hello@cailleach-artist.com before placing your order.
Digital download files are delivered exactly as created and are not subject to print variance. Colours in digital files will display differently across devices and screen types.
4. Commissions
Commissions are accepted at the sole discretion of Cailleach. Opening a commission enquiry or joining a notification list does not guarantee you a commission slot. Slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis when a window opens.
While we take every care to produce work that meets your expectations, commissions are hand-drawn original works and are inherently subjective. The final piece will be created in Cailleach’s own artistic style — detailed reference images and written descriptions are helpful but do not guarantee a specific outcome.
Commission timescales are given in good faith but are estimates only. We do not work to hard deadlines. If you require a piece by a specific date, please discuss this with us before commissioning.
Once a commission is complete and approved by you, it cannot be refunded on the basis of artistic style or personal preference. If the finished work materially differs from the agreed brief, we will work with you to reach a fair resolution.

This website may contain links to third-party websites including our payment processors and fulfilment partners. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk.
6. Limitation of liability
